The X Range control panels incorporate a range of integrated generator controllers that combine all the necessary control, protection and instrumentation for a generating set in one compact unit. The graphical LCD screen provides a comprehensive display of instrumentation, parameters and alarms.
The entry level model is the Remote Start system. However, recognising the needs of the UK market for a high level of flexibility, the generating sets can be provided with alternative control panels offering automatic mains failure (AMF) capabilities and synchronising facilities.
Additional models in the X Range allow multi-set synchronisation and load sharing together with single set to mains supply synchronisation and multi-set to mains supply synchronisation. Network (G59) protection is also available by the addition of an integrated protection relay for generating sets operating in parallel with the mains supply.
The generator controllers offered within the X Range have additional facilities (model dependent) such as MODBUS protocol for remote interrogation by BMS/SCADA systems, a 100+ record datalog/history file for recording of alarms/control events and an engine service interval timer to indicate engine service due date.
