All Broadcrown generators carry a 12-month warranty.

The standard warranty may be enhanced to a total period of 60 months / 5 years, by taking up a Service Support Contract.
Such a contract, offered in periods of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months on top of the initial 12 months, provides a fully inclusive support package to minimise the cost of repair of any plant breakdowns within that period.
Following an initial period under this type of contract, we maybe able to provide renewed fully inclusive terms annually until the generator is 14 years old.
This ensures that the equipment is maintained in prime condition providing maximum availability [and hence peace of mind] to the end user.
Under such a contract all pre-planned maintenance - including consumable items and repairs, are included. This fixed costing allows forward budget planning.
