A Broadcrown quality planned preventative maintenance programme is a proven way to minimise unwanted unplanned downtime. Only the highest quality parts and materials are used.

All waste materials such as oil, batteries and anti-freeze are disposed of in accordance with Statutory Regulations, and all vehicles are licensed to remove such waste from client's premises for safe disposal.

The programme includes oil sampling which, by laboratory analysis, can identify engine problems at an early stage - allowing repair before more serious damage occurs.

We recommend generators are load tested annually to prove the engine fuel, cooling and exhaust systems. Such a test also proves the switchgear. This can be facilitated by our provision of resistive or resistive/reactive load banks where necessary.

Fully inclusive terms are available in 12-month periods, for ALL generators we maintain (not only those we manufactured), subject to certain conditions.
