Broadcrown has the capability to completely refurbish a generator that has stood idle or is becoming unusable due to age or breakdown of bespoke components.

A rebuild facility at Hixon can undertake the majority of work in-house as we have a 5-tonne crane to lift and re-position engines. The refurbishment can be carried out to exacting production standards, using original spare parts, and is undertaken by skilled mechanical and electrical engineers with specialist experience in power generation.

We have many contacts that allow us to obtain parts that may otherwise be classified as unobtainable, and, if a replacement is not available from standard suppliers, we can manufacture a suitable item.

1. Engine overhaul and re-test
2. Genset rewiring
3. Upgrading of control panel
4. Alternator rewind
5. Modification to heaters, fuel systems and repaint

From a top overhaul and relocation to a complete strip inspection, rebuild, respray and works test, we can meet your requirements.

All works carry a 12-month warranty and in some cases a Service Support Contract offering fully comprehensive maintenance cover can be arranged.
